At SAMINA Sleep, we offer highly personalized, organic sleep solutions. Our return and refund policy upholds the highest standards of hygiene and honors the craftsmanship of our solid-wood furniture, as our products are intimate and made from natural, raw materials.
Hygiene Policy
Due to their personal and hygienic nature, organic bedding products and mattresses are non-returnable.
Furniture
All solid wood, carpenter-crafted furniture is classified as Final Sale and cannot be returned.
International Orders
We do not accept returns for items shipped outside the United States or Canada.
Custom Orders
You have 24 hours after placing a custom order to modify or cancel it. After 24 hours, the order is confirmed, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
Our 90 Day Comfort Commitment
We are dedicated to helping you find true comfort for the best sleep possible even though NBD does not accept returns on used products or bedding. Within the first 90 days after delivery, we offer you:
Expert Consultation
We will provide guidance on the best options to remedy your challenges from removing slats (to soften) or adding natural rubber inserts (to firm) and other solutions we’ve learned from 35+ years of experience. Before making adjustments yourself, we highly recommend a consultation with one of our sleep experts.
Complimentary Parts
When you purchase a new sleep system, we include complimentary shoulder inserts for you to use as needed. However, if you determine that more inserts could be a viable solution after consulting with one of our sleep experts, we can provide them at no additional charge within the first 90 days of your purchase.
Additional Components
If you need other components after the initial consultation, you can purchase them at a significant discount from the retail price.
