Human beings are electromagnetic. The environment we live in is electromagnetic. We are bio-electrical beings inclined to build up a positive charge while living on planet with a mild negative charge. Connecting to the earth helps us return to a neutral state naturally. This is the body grounding concept also known as “earthing.”

The first humans walked barefoot and did so for thousands of years; they had a direct connection with the earth. Modern life prevents something that happened naturally for thousands of years.
