4. Tidy Up
Think of all the items that you have in your bedroom and consider rearranging the space. Having a lot of items in your bedroom creates an environment for dust and dirt to find itself on. If cleaning your room on a regular basis is a struggle for you, consider how much less of a struggle it will be for you to keep your bedroom clean, when you’re not having to clean a bunch of unnecessary items like your yoga mat and exercise materials that’s on your floor, or that pile of dirty clothes in the corner.
